Myclobutanil is a broad-spectrum fungicide that lasts for a long time and has a certain growth-stimulating effect. It is very effective against powdery mildew, rust, scab, gray spot, brown spot, smut, etc. preventive effect.

1. Test Principle
This ELISA kit is designed to detect Myclobutanil based on direct-competitive enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter wells are coated with capture BSA-linked antigen. Myclobutanil in sample competes with the antigen coated on the microtiter plate for the conjugate. After the addition of enzyme conjugate, chromogenic substrate is used and the signal is measured by spectrophotometer. The absorption is inversely proportional to the Myclobutanil concentration in the sample.
2. Applications
This kit can be used for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of Myclobutanil in tobacco.
