The progesterone hormone in animals has important physiological effects. However, the abuse of steroid hormones such as progesterone can lead to abnormal liver function, and anabolics steroid can cause adverse effects such as high blood pressure and heart disease in athletes.
1. Principle
This kit is based on competitive indirect colloid gold immunochromatography technology, in which Progesterone in sample competes for the colloid gold labeled antibody with Progesterone coupling antigen captured on test line. The test result can be watched by naked eye.
2. Application
This kit is developed for qualitative rapid test of Progesterone contamination in goat milk.
