1. Test Principle
Cabofuran is a broad-spectrum, high-efficiency, low-residue and highly toxic carbamate insecticide for killing insects, mites and nematocides. It can be used for preventing and controlling rice borers, soybean aphid, soybean feeding insects, mites and nematode worms. The drug has a stimulating effect on the eyes, skin and mucous membranes, and symptoms such as dizziness, nausea and vomiting may appear after poisoning through the mouth.
Cabofuran antigen is coated on the test region of the nitrocellulos membrane of the strips, and cabofuran  antibody is labeled with colloid gold. During a test, the colloid gold labeled antibody coated in the strip move forward along the membrane, and a red line will show up when the antibody gathers with the antigen in the test line.
2. Applications
This kit is used for rapid qualitative analysis of crbofuran residue in vegetables, fruit (except the garlic, mango).
