Sulfaquinoxaline is a widely used antibiotic that has played an important role in the control and treatment of livestock and poultry diseases. However, it has serious side effects. Long-term presence in the human body can cause bacteria to become resistant to Sulfaquinoxaline, and has potential Carcinogenicity.
1. Test Principle
This ELISA kit is designed to detect Sulfaquinoxaline based on direct-competitive enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter wells are coated with capture BSA-linked antigen. Sulfaquinoxaline in sample competes with the antigen coated on the microtiter plate for the conjugate. After the addition of enzyme conjugate, chromogenic substrate is used and the signal is measured by spectrophotometer. The absorption is inversely proportional to the Sulfaquinoxaline concentration in the sample.
2. Applications
This kit can be used for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of Sulfaquinoxaline in animal tissue(chicken, pork, duck), milk, honey.
