1. Test Principle
This ELISA kit is designed to detect Vomitoxin based on direct-competitive enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter wells are coated with capture BSA-linked antigen. Vomitoxin in sample competes with the antigen coated on the microtiter plate for the conjugate. After the addition of enzyme conjugate, chromogenic substrate is used and the signal is measured by spectrophotometer. The absorption is inversely proportional to the Vomitoxin concentration in the sample.
2. Applications
This kit can be used for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of Vomitoxin in Cereal and feed.
