Oflloxacin is a third-generation oflloxacin antibacterial drug with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and good bactericidal effect. It is effective against Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Escherichia coli, Shigella, Enterobacter, Proteus, Haemophilus influenzae, and Acinetobacter all have good antibacterial effects. It also has certain antibacterial effects against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Chlamydia trachomatis. Oflloxacin is primarily present in tissues as unchanged drug.
1. Test Principle
This ELISA kit is designed to detect Offloxacin based on direct-competitive enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter wells are coated with capture BSA-linked antigen. Oflloxacin in sample competes with the antigen coated on the microtiter plate for the conjugate. After the addition of enzyme conjugate, chromogenic substrate is used and the signal is measured by spectrophotometer. The absorption is inversely proportional to the Oflloxacin concentration in the sample.
2. Applications
This kit can be used for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of Offloxacin in animal tissue(chicken, duck, fish, shrimp).
