Fipronil is a phenylpyrazole insecticide. It has mainly gastric poisoning effects on pests, with both contact killing and certain systemic effects. It has high insecticidal activity against aphids, leafhoppers, planthoppers, lepidopteran larvae, flies, coleoptera and other pests. It is not harmful to crops, but it is toxic to fish, shrimp, honey, and silkworms.
1. Principle
This kit is based on competitive indirect colloid gold immunochromatography technology, in which Fipronil in sample competes for the colloid gold labeled antibody with Fipronil coupling antigen captured on test line. The test result can be watched by naked eye.
2. Application
This kit is developed for qualitative rapid test of Fipronil contamination in fresh vegetable and fruit.
