This kit is based on immunochromatography, which is fast, simple and sensitive. It only costs 10min in one test, and can be used for detection of chloramphenicol in milk.

1. Test Principle
Chloramphenicol antigen is coated on the test region of the strips, and chloramphenicol antibody is labeled with colloid gold. During a test, the colloid gold labeled antibody coated in the strip move forward along the membrane, and a red line will show up when the antibody gathers with the antigen in the test line; if chloramphenicol in the sample is over the detection limit, the antibody will react with antigens in the sample and it will not meet the antigen in the test line, thus there will be no red line in the test line.
2. Applications
This kit is used for rapid qualitative analysis of chloramphenicol residue in milk.
