Dimethomorph is a morpholne broad-spectrum fungicide. It is mainly used for the control of downy mildew, Phytophthora, and Pythium fungi. It is highly toxic to organic matter and fish in the water.
1. Principle
This kit is based on competitive indirect colloid gold immunochromatography technology, in which Dimethomorph in sample competes for the colloid gold labeled antibody with Dimethomorph coupling antigen captured on test line. The test result can be watched by naked eye.
2. Application
This kit is developed for qualitative rapid test of Dimethomorph contamination in fresh vegetable and fruit.
