Carbendazim is also known as velazim, benzimidazole No. 44. Belongs to the broad spectrum fungicide, has the control effect to the fungus disease. Can be used for foliar spray, seed treatment and soil treatment, etc., low toxicity to people, livestock, fish, bees, etc. Has the stimulation to the skin and the eye, through the mouth poisoning appears the dizziness, the nausea, the vomiting.
1. Test Principle
This kit is based on competitive immunochromatography. The carbendazim in the sample was extracted and bound to the colloidal gold-labeled specific antibody, which inhibited the binding of the antibody to the antigen on the detection line (T line) in the test strip, thus resulting in the change in the color of the detection line. Comparison of color depth between detection line and control line (C line) was provided for qualitative determination of samples of carbendazim poisoning.
2. Applications
This kit is suitable for qualitative detection of residual carbendazim in fresh vegetable and fruit samples.
