1. Test Principle
Tylosin & tilmicosin antigen is coated on the test region of the nitrocellulos membrane of the strips, and tylosin & tilmicosin antibody is labeled with colloid gold. During a test, the colloid gold labeled antibody coated in the strip move forward along the membrane, and a red line will show up when the antibody gathers with the antigen in the test line.
2. Applications
This kit is used for rapid qualitative analysis of tylosin & tilmicosin residue in tissue (pork, chicken, fish, beef, mutton, duck).
