Ochratoxin A is produced by aspergillus and Penicillium. It has hepatotoxicity, malformation, carcinogenicity and immunity suppressive. Polluted plant food and animal food can harm our health. So ochratoxin A can be detected in pig blood, pig bone, human blood and break milk.
This kit is a new generation of drug residue test with enzyme immunoassay technology. It has characteristics of speediness, convenient, accuracy and high sensitivity. The operation time only need 30 minutes and it can furthest reduce the operation error and workload.
1. Test Principle
This ELISA kit is designed to detect ochratoxin A based on "indirect-competitive" enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter wells are coated with BSA-linked ochratoxin A antigen. Ochratoxin A in the sample competes with the precoated antigen for binding to the limited number of antibody. After the addition of enzyme conjugate and TMB substrate, the signal is measured with an ELISA photometer. The absorption is inversely proportional to the ochratoxin A concentration in the sample, compared with the standard curve. Then multiply by corresponding dilution ratio.  And you can calculate the residue of ochratoxin A in the sample.

This kit can be used for qualitative and quantitative rapid test of ochratoxin A in feed.
