1. Test Principle
This ELISA kit is designed to detect Kanamycn based on direct-competitive enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter wells are coated with capture BSA-linked antigen. Kanamycn in sample competes with the antigen coated on the microtiter plate for the conjugate. After the addition of enzyme conjugate, chromogenic substrate is used and the signal is measured by spectrophotometer. The absorption is inversely proportional to the Kanamycn concentration in the sample.
2. Applications
This kit can be used for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of Kanamycn in vaccine.
