Product Description

Avermectins & Ivermectin are semi-synthetic macrolide multi-component antibiotics produced by fermentation of Streptomyces avermitilis. As a new type of broad-spectrum, high-efficiency, low-toxic antibiotic antiparasitic drug, it has a good killing effect on internal and external parasites, especially nematodes and arthropods. Due to the cumbersome and expensive sample preprocessing and measurement operations of instrumental analysis methods such as high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography, their promotion and use are limited.
1. Test Principle
This ELISA kit is designed to detect Avermectins & Ivermectin based on direct-competitive enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter wells are coated with capture BSA-linked antigen. Avermectins & Ivermectin in sample competes with the antigen coated on the microtiter plate for the conjugate. After the addition of enzyme conjugate, chromogenic substrate is used and the signal is measured by spectrophotometer. The absorption is inversely proportional to the Avermectins & Ivermectin concentration in the sample.
2. Applications
This kit can be used for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of Avermectins & Ivermectin in milk and animal tissue(beef, pork, mutton).
