Heavy Metal Lead Rapid Test (colloidal gold method)
[Product Description]
The heavy metal lead rapid test applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography, the heavy metal lead in the sample binds to the fluorescently labelled specific monoclonal antibody in the flow process, which inhibits the binding of the antibody and the heavy metal lead-BSA coupler on the detection line (T line) of the NC membrane, regardless of whether or not the heavy metal lead is contained in the sample, the labelled antibody to the heavy metal lead will be captured by the quality control antibody immobilized on the NC membrane in the process of chromatography and a red band will appear in the quality control region (C). Whether the sample contains heavy metal lead or not, the labelled heavy metal lead antibody will be captured by the quality control antibody immobilised on the NC membrane during the chromatographic process, and a red band will appear in the quality control region (C). The red band in the QC zone (C) is a criterion for determining whether the chromatography process is normal or not, and also serves as an internal control criterion for the reagents.
[Minimum detection limit]
15ppb
[Scope of Application]
This product is suitable for the detection of heavy metal lead in water quality.
[Product Composition]
1.Test cards: 20 sachets/box (each sachet contains one test card, one pipette, one reaction tube, one desiccant) 2.Instruction manual: 1 copy/box
[Testing Procedure]
1.Read the instructions completely before performing the test, remove the required amount of test reagent from the kit to return to room temperature (20 to 25°C), do not open the test reagent pouch until the test reagent has returned to room temperature. 2.After the test reagent and the sample to be examined are restored to room temperature (20~
25ºC), carefully open the bag of the test reagent. 3.Pipette the sample to be tested to the mark (about 80ul), add it to the reaction tube, slowly suction until the test sample and the reaction reagent are well mixed, about 3-5 times, pipette the liquid in the reaction tube, slowly add it to the spiking hole of the test reagent (if it is a test strip, insert the test strip into the reaction tube), start the timer, and observe the result at 5 minutes. To ensure accuracy of results, do not read results after 10 minutes.
[Interpretation of results]
Negative Positive Invalid
[Notes]
1. The amount of liquid added during testing is as accurate and consistent as possible; 2. Confirm that the selection of test items is correct; 3. Please read the relevant results within the specified time; 4. Test strips should be used once within the shelf life; 5. Return the test strip and the sample to be examined to room temperature before use; 6. Do not touch the white film surface in the centre of the test strip, and discard for use if broken;
